Setting up Procedure of Rotary Dryer
 
1. Construct the rotary dryer when you kindle the furnace, make the dryer be

uniformly heated during the digniting.

2. Meanwhile, build the Belt Conveyor.

3. When the temperature of the dryer’ feed end is 250 degrees, start

the Electric-vibrating Feeder and start to feed a few materials.

4. Increase the quantity of feeding materials in line with rising

temperature. When the feeding materials reach maximum, the drive motor

of the dryer should not beyond its working rated current.

5. Closing order:

a. 30 minutes in advance, stop the fuel, gas of the hot-blast stove or

the coal system, when the temperature of the dryer tail is below 90

degrees you can stop feeding materials;

b. when all the materials in the dryer are removed, you can close the

motor of the dryer;

c. stop transporting dry material equipment;

d. after close the dryer, you need to move the rotary every 10-15

minutes until it is cooling at all. This measure is to prevent cooling

barrel distortion..
 
If close the dryer due to the emergency shutdown, you also need to move

the rotary as above shows, in addition to immediately stop the fuel,

gas of the hot-blast stove or the coal system. The materials in the

rotary need to be removed until the rotary becomes cooling.
